What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, telephone number, country and the message, application or donation details you choose to send. Donations processed by a payment provider are handled by that provider; we store a reference, not your card or wallet credentials.
Why we hold it
We use your details to reply to you, to process and acknowledge a donation, to assess a volunteer application, and — only if you ask us to — to send you updates about our work.
Who sees it
Your information is seen by the Foundation Elevators volunteers who handle enquiries, donations and volunteer applications. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Newsletter
Every newsletter we send carries an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
Asking us about your data
Write to admin@foundationelevators.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
